Back in 2018, 100 years after the last eruption of Katla in Iceland. I was given permission to collect volcano's sand and ash for my sculptures.

Photography has always accompanied me as a tool to document surroundings and sections of the landscape. In the same way, I also photograph the sculptures, where new interpretations of the landscape can arise. The photographs have been shown and composed in different ways and contexts.
